These terms govern your use of Blackbeard’s Collection (“the site”, “we”), a catalog and collection tracker for the One Piece Card Game. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them. The site is in beta: features and data are still changing.

1. The service

The site is free for now. We may change, interrupt or end any part of it, with or without notice. While it is in beta, expect bugs and changes to the catalog and to how things work.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13, or older if your country sets a higher age for using an online service without a parent’s consent.
• Keep your details accurate. A username must not impersonate someone else or be offensive.
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms or harms the site or other collectors.

3. Your content

The cards, notes, prices, lists and other details you add are yours. You allow us to store, process and display them as needed to run the site, and to show them to others as your profile and list visibility settings allow. Do not add anything unlawful, hateful or that infringes someone else’s rights; the names and descriptions of public lists are visible to others.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not try to reach other people’s data or accounts, or get around the site’s security.
• Do not scrape or overload the site, or create accounts automatically.
• Do not use the site to break the law.

5. Card information, images and prices

• The site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bandai. Card names, texts and images are © Eiichiro Oda / Shueisha, Toei Animation, Bandai Namco, and are shown to identify and catalog the cards. Images are loaded from third-party sources.
• Card information may contain mistakes.
• Prices are snapshots taken at a point in time from third-party marketplaces (TCGplayer, Cardmarket). They are not offers, may not reflect the current market and are not financial advice. Do not rely on them to buy or sell.

6. Trading between collectors

Marking a card “open to trade” only shows that it is available. We are not part of any trade between collectors and are not responsible for it.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent; the Privacy Policy lists what is removed.

8. No warranty, limited liability

To the extent the law allows, the site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Keep your own record of anything valuable. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. We will say so on the site when a change is significant. Using the site after a change means you accept it.

10. Language and contact
